What is Cold Smoking?

This electric cold smoker is a little unit that connects to the Masterbuilt electric smoker. Smoke is created from an outer wood chip chamber that gives you consistent smoke for 100-120 degrees fahrenheit of temperature range.
It fits on all Masterbuilt Digital Electric Smokers by connecting to the wood chip loading port of the smoker. It can smoke your most loved food constantly for up to 6 hours. This slow smoking at a low temperature is amazing for curing food.
The Masterbuilt Cold Smoker can likewise fit on non digital smokers that use similar chip loader. If the chip loader is not the same than you can make a connection by using dryer vent tubing.
